Shipping Fee

1. Free shipping on all orders in Spain (Peninsula and Baleares).

2. For countries in the EU as listed below and the UK, the shipping fee will be:
(a) 10€ for any order under 39€.
(b) Free Shipping for any order over 39€.

3. For shipping to the US, the shipping fee will be:
(a) 19€ for any order under 139€.
(b) Free Shipping for any order over 139€.

4. For shipping to Canada, Switzerland, Asia, the shipping fee will be:
(a) 40€ for any other package

Please note that shipments outside the EU might be subject of import taxes in your own country. We are unable to estimate such fees which you may need to pay on delivery.

EU Countries

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France mainland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain mainland and Balearic Islands, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Delivery

Alex Carro ships the same day (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

We send packages by Correos postal service for national orders and UPS for EU and UK orders. Shipping time within the EU is 7-8 working days and 15 working days for shipping outside the EU after dispatch. We send the packages via the certified service.

Please note:

  • Correos and UPS will not make multiple delivery attempts, if you are not present at the time of delivery, they will leave you a note stating the location of the package (this should be your nearest postal office or UPS center), where you can pick up your package.
  • Public holidays in Barcelona may not correspond with your local bank holidays.

Orders

  1. To submit an order you must:
    (a) complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital shopping bag on our site, and
    (b)  enter all required information for delivery and also for billing including relevant card details.
  2. Alex Carro reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.
  3. Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point these Terms of Trade will become binding on you and on Alex Carro.  The status of your order will be emailed to you, if you have any questions regarding your order please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

Refunds and Returns

Thank you for shopping at Alex Carro, we hope you will be completely happy with your order. 

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

1. Only Products purchased on the  Alex Carro website can be returned to Alex Carro for a refund or an exchange.
2. Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it, and hygiene seals untouched.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
6. If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

    Please ensure your parcel is sent by trackable international courier. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our premises. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

    Exchanges:

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at orders@alexcarro.com with the following information:

    1. Email address used for order
    2. Order number
    3. Product you want to return
    4. Image proof of damaged product

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Items returned can take up to 14 working days to process.

      Shipping:

      1. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address Gran vía les Corts Catalanes 613 1a 08007 Barcelona.
      2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
      3. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
