1. Spain:
(a) 5€ for any order under 39€.
(b) Free Shipping for any order over 39€.
2. For countries in the EU as listed below, the shipping fee will be:
(a) 10€ for any order under 50€.
(b) Free Shipping for any order over 50€.
3. For shipping to the UK and the US, the shipping fee will be:
(a) 24€ for any order under 120€.
(b) Free Shipping for any order over 120€.
4. For shipping to Canada, Switzerland, Asia, the shipping fee will be:
(a) 40€ for any other package
Please note that shipments outside the EU might be subject of import taxes in your own country. We are unable to estimate such fees which you may need to pay on delivery.

Alex Carro ships the same day (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
We send packages by Correos postal service for national orders and UPS for EU and UK orders. Shipping time within the EU is 7-8 working days and 15 working days for shipping outside the EU after dispatch. We send the packages via the certified service.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
1. Only Products purchased on the Alex Carro website can be returned to Alex Carro for a refund or an exchange.Please ensure your parcel is sent by trackable international courier. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our premises. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at orders@alexcarro.com with the following information:
1. Email address used for orderOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Items returned can take up to 14 working days to process.
Shipping:
