Alex Carro will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch an order within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
We send packages by Spanish national “Correos” postal service. Shipping time within the EU is 7-8 working days and 15 working days for shipping outside the EU after dispatch. We send the packages via the certified service.
Correos will not make multiple delivery attempts, if you are not present at the time of delivery, they will leave you a note stating the location of the package (this should be your nearest postal office), where you can pick up your package.
Public holidays in Barcelona may not correspond with your local bank holidays.
To submit an order you must: (a) complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital shopping bag on our site, and (b) enter all required information for delivery and also for billing including relevant card details.
Alex Carro reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.
Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point these Terms of Trade will become binding on you and on Alex Carro. The status of your order will be emailed to you, if you have any questions regarding your order please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
Refunds and Returns
Only Products purchased on the Alex Carro website can be returned to Alex Carro for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased by any other means such as a shop or in a department store must be returned to their original place of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase and refund or charge the difference. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You will be responsible for the associated shipping arrangements and charges. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have made such an error.
Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Alex Carro will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a refund will be issued through the original method used for payment. Please try to email us a photo of the damage to assist with the processing of the claim.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 20 days of receipt for Alex Carro to process any refund or exchange. Please email@example.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that our staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Alex Carro. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 20 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
